Plus, it's been extremely hot. Mom has been kind enough to run the AC even when she's not here. But the humidity at 75% is just awful!
Well, back to the litterbox for me.
Home to a laid back orange cat wearing chains built into his fur and a little black catnip lovin cat.

Oh Zoe dear, you poor thing! Was it something you ate?
Mom said go to a pet supply store or your V.E.T. and get Laxatone. It has the consistency of Vaseline and comes in a tube and it's to help cats pass hairballs in their intestines or stomach. Put a dab on the top of your paw so you can lick it off. It doesn't taste bad. We eat only Iam's weight control/hairball formula and none of us have constipation problems.
Let us know how you're doing.

My sifur Mittens has been to several vets over her problem, that has been going on a year. Right now she is taking lactulose and cisapride. She has been on them for over a week, not much improvement.

Have things improved for Zoe? I googled "constipation in cats" and several helpful websites came up. If you can't get things moving along by increasing her fluid, feeding moist food or with mineral oil or Laxatone, it could turn into a serious problem. Don't let it go too long before taking her to a VET.
Hey, Zoe. Things coming out OK, now?
We haven't visited in a while, and we never knew you were having problems.
